Smart profiles

Smart profiles are always visible with an open tab on the Tippy application. These profiles are capable of placing bets automatically.

Good to know:

There is a limit to how many smart profiles you can have active. Check your subscription plans to get access to more active profiles.

Creating a smart profile

There are two ways to create a smart profile: using the new tab button on the app, or by clicking the 'create profile' button in the web app.

Using the new tab button

Click the + button at the top-right of the Tippy desktop application to create a new profile. A create profile modal will show up for you to configure your profile.

Using the web app

Go to Tippy profiles and click the "Create profile" button. A create profile modal will show up for you to configure your profile.

Once you click the create profile button from the previous steps, you will have this modal to fill up.

  • Profile name: the name you would like to give to your profile. This will be shown in your profile list and in your browser tab. This can be changed later.
  • Website: which website to use this profile on. For now a few countries for Bet365.com are supported. More countries and betting websites will be added soon. This setting can be changed later, but will require you to reopen Tippy for it to take effect.
  • Unit price: what unit to use for your bets. For example, if you set your unit price to $20.00 and you place a bet for $5.50 it means the bet will be recorded as 0.25µ. This can be changed later, and can be configured individually for each betting channel.
  • Color: the color is just an arbitrary color to help you find your profile more quickly in your browser tabs.
