Managing a channel

You can manage who has access to your channel, silence tip sharing notifications, edit channel name or leave a channel.

Edit channel name

You can edit the channel name by clicking the channel name and clicking 'Edit'.

Then choose the new channel name and click 'Save'.

Good to know:

Only channel admins can edit the channel name

Editing channel members

You can edit the channel members by clicking the channel name and clicking 'Members'.

From there, you can see each of the members of the channel and either 'kick them', 'promote to admin' or 'demote to user'.

Only channel admins can edit members

Silencing notifications

Every time a new tip comes in a notification message will be played. You can silence that notification by clicking the channel name and choosing 'Silence notification'.

Leaving a channel

You can leave a channel you are no longer interested in by choosing 'Leave channel'.
